About Evelinas

Personal Information

Ewelina trained as a pastry chef at Le Cordon Bleu in London. After completing her training, Ewelina worked at Fortnum and Mason, the 5 * Langham Hotel  with famous Pastry Chef Cherish Finden and two Michel Roux JR restaurants, including 2 Michelin stars Le Gavroche. Ewelina then worked in a boulangerie in the heart of Paris before deciding to open her own pastry business.

Evelina’s Patisserie’s macarons are in pastel colours, using natural food colours made from fruits, vegetables and edible plants. Our macarons are gluten free, palm oil free and without any preservatives.

Our macarons are made with the highest quality ingredients and you will find them being served in some of the finest quality restaurants across London.

Macarons Shelf life

Up to 5 days in the fridge in sealed container , remove  from the fridge about 30 min before serving .

Delivery Information

Please place the order before 11 am from Monday to Friday .Orders after 11 am will be shipped the following day . Please note that Saturday delivery is more expensive . All orders placed after 11 am on Friday and over the weekend will ship on the following Monday . We do not ship on Bank Holidays.
